Tenant: a natural person or legal entity who enters into a rental agreement with the landlord with regard to an apartment.
Co-tenant: the person who stays in the apartment together with the tenant.
Landlord / Am Bach: the natural person LJW Ravestein / TJ Terpstra who rents one or more apartments to the tenant.

Your reservation request is final as soon as it has been confirmed by us. Reservations at Am Bach are only possible if the (main) tenant is 21 years or older.
2. Payment and agreement to terms and conditions
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is requested upon reservation. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total amount must be paid immediately.
4. Cancellation by tenant
In case of cancellation by the tenant up to 4 months before the reserved arrival date, cancellation is completely free of charge.
In case of cancellation by the tenant up to six weeks before the reserved arrival date, 70% of the total amount will be refunded. If canceled within six weeks before the date of arrival, no refund will be made. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. We recommend that you make a written cancellation.
5. Cancellation by landlord
In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the lessor can cancel the reservation. Unforeseen circumstances and force majeure include, but are not limited to: – that the house is no longer suitable for rental (for example: due to (natural) disasters) – that the house is no longer available (for example due to a sudden sale of the house by the landlord) or a double-placed reservation. In this case, the landlord will refund the rental costs already paid in full or in part without being liable to pay any compensation. The lessor is never liable for the costs of any services reserved by the (co-)tenant himself.
On the arrival date from 4 pm the apartment is available unless otherwise agreed, on the departure date after 10 am unless otherwise agreed you must leave the apartment.
You rent the apartment at your own risk, i.e. that we, the Family Terpstra – Ravestein, are in no way liable and cannot be held liable in any way for the damage and/or injury suffered by you in our accommodation or on our grounds , in any form. In the event of damage to our property or loss of our property, we will charge this to the tenant.
The tenant is liable for the fulfillment of all obligations arising from the reservation and the stay, both for himself and for all registered persons and/or his visitors.
The provision and use of the rented apartment is based on mutual trust and respect for our property. In this context, you must leave the inventory of the rented apartment in the same condition as you found it at the time of your arrival. If you discover defects in/to the rented apartment upon arrival, you must report this immediately to the manager or owner, so that we can solve the problems as quickly as possible? Unfortunately, we cannot take any responsibility for complaints and/or defects that have arisen afterwards. It is appreciated to report any (minor) damage immediately to the manager or owner of Am Bach.
9. Number of persons
Am Bach apartments Hirsch, Adler & Steinbock are suitable for the stay of up to 6 people. Am Bach apartment Gams is suitable for the stay of up to 4 people. It is not allowed to stay with more than the number of people paid for. It is not permitted to sublet the apartment or otherwise allow third parties to use it or make it available.
Two dogs are allowed per rented apartment. The costs are €50 per stay per dog. It is not allowed to walk the dogs in the garden of Am Bach.
Smoking is allowed on the balconies. Smoking is therefore not allowed in the entire accommodation of Am Bach as well as under the shelter at the front door and the entrance door of the ski room.
Parking is only allowed in the corresponding spaces for Am Bach, these are 4 spaces in the driveway, 5 spaces in front of the garden and 1 space along the street side in front of the neighbour’s garden. It is not allowed to park at Sportpension Thayer. Wrongly parked cars will be towed away at the renter’s expense.
The final cleaning is carried out by us, but you must leave the apartment broom clean / tidy. Please turn on the dishwasher with the last dishes on departure. Should we incur additional cleaning costs due to excessive use, we will charge these costs to the tenant.
14. Do not derive any rights
No rights can be derived in any way from the information, photos, images and links as stated on the Am Bach website.
